This rugged heavy duty threading machine will thread 1/8" to 2" pipe and conduit, 1/4" to 2" bolt. Built to handle the extreme demands of the construction trades, it comes equipped with the Quad II Automatic Opening Die Head.

Pipe Mate can be mounted on a bench, collapsible leg, collapsible wheel or compartment type wheel stand. Its lever operated carriage can be operated with one hand and the replaceable blade type reamer is positioned to do 1/8" to 2" close nipples. Automatic "thru the head" oiling delivers coolant to the work at all times.

Its unique "splash proof" design allows the machine to be easily transported from site to site without spilling cutting oil, a big plus when Pipe Mate is mounted on a Collapsible Wheel Stand.

Motor - SINGLE PHASE Universal, Reversible, variable speed - specify either 120 or 240 volt. AC, 1 phase 50-60 Hz. Rated 1/2HP, develops up to 2HP
Spindle Speeds(No Load) - Standard 38 R.P.M., optional 60 R.P.M.
Switch - Heavy duty, reversing. Safety foot switch also included. Operator must have foot on this switch for machine to operate.
Die-Head - ONE, QUAD II AUTOMATIC type - capacity 1/8" thru 2" pipe.
Dies - TWO sets, High Speed Steel Pipe Dies (Symbol Quad) Right-Hand, 1 set (1/2" and 3/4"), 1 set (1" thru 2").
Reamer- Detachable, Blade type.
Cutter - Roller type, self centering.
Front Chuck - Fast, Positive! Grips in both right and left hand direction. Equipped with replaceable jaw inserts..
Rear Centering Chuck - Rotating Type - Scroll actuates 3 guides simultaneously.
